This evening we talk with Cynthia Richie Terrell, Executive Director and Founder of RepresentWomen, an organization dedicated to strengthening our democracy by advancing reforms that break down barriers to ensure more women run for political office, win their elections, serve at the public’s interest, and become effective leaders. RepresentWomen believes that bringing more women into elected and appointed positions at every level of government will make our democracy more representative of their constituents, reviving bi-partisanship and collaboration, improving the deliberative process, encouraging a new style of leadership, and building greater trust in our elected officials.
